Missouri was great. Well, it wasn't problem free or long enough, but I enjoyed getting away for 60 hours.
There was Thad's uncle's wedding. His bride, Pam, looked beautiful; unfortunately she fell down the stairs while "walking down the aisle." I'm glad that she was okay (she fell HARD), and she had a great attitude and sense of humor about it. I probably would have bawled my eyes out in pain, then re-bawled out of humiliation. Note to self: no stairs at at my wedding. EVER.

My handsome guy!
Most of the rest of the weekend was spent spending time with Thad's grandad, Paw Paw. He had his 4th stroke about 2 months ago, but is making steady recovery. He is such a sweet man, and he doesn't seem to have a mean bone in his body!

Thad really enjoyed spending time with his cousin Brandon, and we both enjoyed spending time with Brandon and his fiancee, Ana. The boys are very close, so they alw
ays have a blast when they get to see each other. I am grateful that the four of us get along so well!!

The weekend flew by, as did my three and a half days off from work. I've been trying to get so much stuff done today before I go back to work tomorrow, and I've pretty much worn myself out. I think that I now deserve a nap!!
